USER CONTENT. You grant Company
a license to use the materials you post to the
Sites or Service. By posting, downloading,
displaying, performing, transmitting, or
otherwise distributing information or other
content ("User Content") to the Sites or Service,
you are granting Company, its affiliates,
officers, directors, employees, consultants,
agents, and representatives a license to use User
Content in connection with the operation of the
Internet business of Company, its affiliates,
officers, directors, employees, consultants,
agents, and representatives, including without
limitation, a right to copy, distribute,
transmit, publicly display, publicly perform,
reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat User
Content. You will not be compensated for any User
Content. You agree that Company may publish or
otherwise disclose your name in connection with
your User Content. By posting User Content on the
Sites or Service, you warrant and represent that
you own the rights to the User Content or are
otherwise authorized to post, distribute,
display, perform, transmit, or otherwise
distribute User Content.
BINDING EFFECT. This is a legally
binding agreement. By using the Sites or any
Services provided in connection with the Sites,
you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as they
may be amended by Razoreye Media Group Ltd.
("Company") from time to time in its sole
discretion and without specific notice to you.
Company will post a notice on the Sites any time
these Terms of Use have been changed or otherwise
updated. It is your responsibility to review
these Terms of Use periodically, and if at any
time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable,
you must immediately leave the Sites and cease
all use of the Services and the Sites. YOU AGREE
THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU
ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE
LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. This
Agreement constitutes the entire and only
agreement between us and you, and supersedes all
prior or contemporaneous agreements,
representations, warranties and understandings
with respect to the Sites, the content, products
or services provided by or through the Sites, and
the subject matter of this Agreement.
If
you indicated that you were interested in
receiving offers or information from Razoreye
Media or certain of our selected sponsors or
advertisers, Razoreye Media or such sponsors or
advertisers may send you email materials, SMS
text-messages, voice broadcasts, or postal
mailings about products and services that we feel
may be of interest to you. It is the intent of
the Company to share your personal information
with select third-party partners who provide
targeted product and service offerings that may
be of benefit to you. By using this site, you
agree that you may be contacted in any manner
contemplated in this section even if your number
is found on a do not call registry, in-house list
or similar registry. Please know that you can opt-
out of any correspondence with our company or any
of our trusted third-party partners at any time
in the future;

company Subscriber agrees
to the use of electronic records to evidence this
Agreement. If Subscriber does not agree to the
use of electronic records, Subscriber must elect
not to order from this Site. Subscriber’s consent
applies to all transactions including monthly
fees. Subscriber hereby waives any objection it
may have to Company’s use of electronic records
in judicial and/or arbitration proceedings should
it be necessary to enforce the terms of this
Agreement.

RAZOREYE MEDIA GROUP:
MODIFICATIONS. Company may, in its sole
discretion and without prior notice, (a) revise
these Terms of Use; (b) modify the Sites and/or
the Service; and (c) discontinue the Sites and/or
Service at any time. Company shall post any
revision to these Terms of Use to the Sites, and
the revision shall be effective immediately on
such posting. You agree to review these Terms of
Use and other online policies posted on the Sites
periodically to be aware of any revisions. You
agree that, by continuing to use or access the
Sites following notice of any revision, you shall
abide by any such revision.
Pandomar company - Razoreye Media
Group Affiliate must take adequate
steps to ensure that its lists are not used for
abusive purposes such as emailing malicious
emails or chain letters. Affiliate must use its
lists and run its campaigns in compliance with
the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
(COPPA).
Subscription memberships are recurring
memberships. If you don't cancel a trial
membership within the given trial period, you
will be billed a small fee of $39.95 for each
month that you continue your membership unless
you cancel your membership or change your billing
method. Upon submitting a request for activation
of membership, a Username and Password are
assigned to you and can be used to gain access to
Web Detective Pro. For all trial memberships, the
initial trial charge includes full access to Web
Detective Pro’s private membership site and all
associated search and investigative materials.
However, Razoreye Media reserves the right to
limit daily live searches within the Web
Detective membership area to accommodate
bandwidth restrictions for all registered users.
If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any
time to discontinue the membership and stop the
monthly billing immediately; however, you will
not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your
current month's paid membership fee. A membership
that is still within the given trial period may
be refunded to the client in the case where the
Web Detective Pro service malfunctions or is not
accessible to the client. Subscriber may cancel a
membership by using the form located at
http://www.web-detective.com/cancel.aspx, by
emailing directly to support@razoreye.com, or by
calling 1-305-671-3165. Subscriber must provide
Company a minimum of two (2) days (48 hours)
prior to a reoccurring charge date to process any
request to cancel a monthly reoccurring charge.
If a cancellation request is received with the
above noted minimum 48 hours notice, Company will
stop the monthly billing immediately; however,
you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund
of your current month's paid membership fee. Any
charge backs or disputes that do not comply with
this cancellation policy will be aggressively
pursued.
PROHIBITED USES. Company imposes certain
restrictions on your permissible use of the Sites
and the Service. You are prohibited from
violating or attempting to violate any security
features of the Sites or Service, including,
without limitation, (a) accessing content or data
not intended for you, or logging onto a server or
account that you are not authorized to access;
(b) attempting to probe, scan, or test the
vulnerability of the Service, the Sites, or any
associated system or network, or to breach
security or authentication measures without
proper authorization; (c) interfering or
attempting to interfere with service to any user,
host, or network, including, without limitation,
by means of submitting a virus to the Sites or
Service,
overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail
bombing," or "crashing;" (d) using the Sites or
Service to send unsolicited e-mail, including,
without limitation, promotions, or advertisements
for products or services; (e) forging any TCP/IP
packet header or any part of the header
information in any e-mail or in any posting using
the Service; or (f) attempting to modify, reverse-
engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise
reduce or attempt to reduce to a human-
perceivable form any of the source code used by
Company in providing the Sites or Service. Any
violation of system or network security may
subject you to civil and/or criminal liability.
OTHER COMPANY SITES & SERVICES. In
addition, when using particular Company owned or
operated Sites or Services, you and Company shall
be subject to any posted guidelines or rules
applicable to such Sites or Services, which may
be posted from time to time on each respective
Site. All such guidelines or rules are hereby
incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

USE OF WEB PROGRAMMING FILES AND GRAPHICS.
The HTML code, other web programming, web
graphics and designs ("Webserver Files")
contained on Razoreye Media Sites are protected
by US and international copyright laws.
Specifically, the copyrights to such Webserver
Files are owned exclusively by Company. All
rights are reserved. You may not distribute such
Webserver Files to anyone else under any
circumstances. You may not distribute such
Webserver Files to anyone else under any
circumstances. You may not distribute such
Webserver Files to anyone else even if you do not
charge anything for it. You may not make any
derivative works from such Webserver Files.
Unauthorized distribution of such Webserver Files
is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized distribution
of such Webserver Files will subject you to
serious potential criminal and civil penalties
under federal law. These penalties may include
unlimited actual damages, statutory damages of up
to $150,000, punitive damages, court costs and
attorneys fees.

RAZOREYE MEDIA GROUP: SPAMMING IS
NOT PERMITTED. Spamming is any form of emailing
for a commercial purpose that is unsolicited. If
Affiliate spams, Company reserves the right at
any time and without notice to terminate
Affiliate's status as an affiliate and to notify
any third party affiliate programs to terminate
Affiliate as an affiliate of Company. To prevent
this from happening, Company has instituted an
Anti-Spam Policy that sets forth the minimum
standards to which Company requires its
Affiliates to adhere in light of current laws,
rules and regulations governing the transmission
of email and the best practices in the industry.
In the event any state or federal law, rule or
regulation governing email communications is
enacted or amended after the effective date of
the Agreement, setting forth standards more
restrictive than those set forth herein, the more
restrictive standards contained in such enacted
or amended law, rule or regulation shall apply to
all Affiliates, notwithstanding anything to the
contrary set forth in this Anti-Spam Policy. Any
emails, email newsletters, or other forms of
marketing campaigns by Affiliate MUST be
conducted with "permission" or "opt-in" emails
lists and must meet the following standards to
prevent Affiliate's account from being labeled
as "SPAM".

CO Affiliate shall (a) make
adequate disclosures as required by law to those
on its email list(s) regarding Affiliate's email
and privacy and security policies; (b) respond to
all complaints within one (1) business day after
Affiliate becomes aware of the complaint, (c)
provide Company with a copy of every complaint,
immediately upon Affiliate's receipt thereof, (d)
implement any corrective action Company may
require and (e) comply with any legal and/or
other requirements Company may reasonably
specify.
Subscriber agrees by
requesting Subscription to accept these terms and
conditions and certifies it has been notified in
writing of this right to cancel. Subscriber
waives any and all right to claim it has not been
notified of such.

Common Interest is a privately funded

SEVERABILITY; WAIVER. If, for

Terms of Use to be unenforceable, all other terms
and conditions will remain unaffected and in full
force and effect. To the extent that anything in
or associated with the Sites is in conflict or
inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement
shall take precedence. No waiver of any breach of
any provision of these Terms of Use shall
constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or
subsequent breach of the same or any other
provisions hereof, and no waiver shall be
effective unless made in writing and signed by an
authorized representative of the waiving party.
